- How long does the full process take from first contact to first working day?
- Approximately 2 weeks from your discovery call to your new hire's first working day. The shortlist arrives in 5 business days, interviews take 3–5 days depending on your schedule, and onboarding adds another 3–5 days.
- What does the 5-stage vetting process cover?
- Stage 1: written English assessment. Stage 2: spoken English interview. Stage 3: role-specific skills test (code review, portfolio review, or writing sample depending on role). Stage 4: reference check with at least 2 prior clients. Stage 5: shortlist round where we present our top 3 for your own final interview.
- Do I have to interview candidates, or do you just send me one?
- You always interview. We send a shortlist of 3 pre-vetted candidates and you make the final hiring decision. We never place a candidate you haven't met and approved.
- What if the hire doesn't work out?
- We offer a 30-day free replacement guarantee. If the hire is not working out in the first 30 days for any reason, we source and onboard a replacement at no additional recruiting fee. You only pay for working days.
- Which countries do you source from?
- Primarily the Philippines, Colombia, and India. We match country to role type and timezone requirements. The Philippines has the deepest English-speaking customer support and VA talent pool. Colombia offers strong time-zone overlap with US hours for engineering and design. India provides broad technical talent for developer roles.
- Is there a minimum commitment?
