Remoteria helps US and international businesses source, vet, onboard, and manage pre-vetted offshore talent. We act as a staffing and recruitment partner that connects clients with candidates and provides ongoing account management.

Information on this website — including pricing, timelines, and guarantees — is provided for general informational purposes. The specific terms of any engagement, including fees, scope, replacement guarantees, and responsibilities, are governed by a separate written service agreement between you and Remoteria. Where those terms conflict with the website, the signed service agreement controls.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use our services. If you use the site on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Acceptable use of the website

Offshore personnel placed through Remoteria are engaged under the terms of that agreement and are not employees of the client by virtue of using this website.

The site integrates and links to third-party services such as scheduling, form, analytics, and email providers. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms.

Disclaimers

The website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Remoteria and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the website. Our total liability for any claim relating to the website is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim or USD 100.
